I am having same problems never change anything from original setting and by rhe second week it started doing it. If u find out how to fix it would be appreciated as i already tried there Explanation and it doesn't work still cuts in-and-out. I might have to buy another brand as i firmly believe if they cant help fix or sell broken products i dont buy anymore and tell people about the junk they sell us
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi - We are sorry if you are having issues with your VTech VM4261. If the audio goes in and out, you may try programming the VOX sensitivity level on the baby unit. Also check if the Vibration feature isn't always set to On. If this is not the case, try relocating the baby monitor. Check for possible interference, other equipment such WiFi streaming devices, laptop, smartphones can affect transmission between the two units. Thank you! -VTech Support
