only view is black and white no color null

Hi - We apologize if you are having issues with the night vision of the VTech VM5251. Try flashing a light/flashlight on the infrared LED on the Parent Unit. If this does not work, reset the baby monitor by unplugging the AC adapter on both Parent and Baby units for about 1 minute. Re-plug and wait until they establish a connection with each other.
