“Hi, I need a new parent unit. My cameras are perfect but my parental unit has a pink staticky picture now and I can’t see my baby. Just wanting to replace the parental unit but haven’t had any luck. Can anyone tell me if it’s possible to purchase this.”

Hi - We apologize if you are having issues with the display of your VTech VM5251. This baby monitor is non-expandable, you cannot add baby units or replace the parent unit on system. You can also contact Customer Support from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM for troubleshooting and assistance. We are open Mondays to Fridays. Thank you! ~VTech Support
