A:AnswerAnna - We are sorry to hear that you are having troubles with the VTech VM5251. The error message "PU or BU is not exist" can be resolved by rebooting the baby monitor. You need to disconnect the power to the baby and parent unit. Remove the battery from the parent unit then wait for 1 minute before re-installing the battery and AC adapters. If this does not help, please contact our Consumer Sales and Service Center between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday at 1-800-595-9511.
