I have this issue too and resetting does not work. I can zoom on my phone but not on the tablet.

We recommend that you reset your unit by: Step 1: Disconnect the power to the camera unit. Step 2: Wait a few minutes before connecting power back to the camera unit. Step 3: Reboot the parent unit.
