“Hi, We just got our new rm5752 monitor but the zoom buttons dont seem to work. We have tried everything. It will show 1X/2X and go back and forth but the picture never changes or zoom in. I have tried looking online but no info for this on website.”

I have this issue too and resetting does not work. I can zoom on my phone but not on the tablet.

Mindy - We apologize if your RM5752 is not working properly. We recommend that you reset your unit by: Step 1: Disconnect the power to the camera unit. Step 2: Wait a few minutes before connecting power back to the camera unit. Step 3: Reboot the parent unit. Wait until the parent and baby unit link together before testing.Hope this helps! ~VTech Support
