“I'm trying to learn how to use the vtech IS6200. The owners manual is pretty clear, but it doesn't state how to put a call on hold or if you can transfer calls to someone else. How would I do that?”

Hi - The VTech IS6200 does not have a hold button. You can place a call on hold using the telephone unit where the headset is registered.
