Bought the headset for my daughter as a birthday gift. She lives in a very rural location with minimal and very spotty cellphone service. The headset was intended for use with her house phone. She set it up the day it was received & then called me a few hours later. Without one of the base house phones on her person she went from her front yard to their barn and their backyard & never lost service. Just asked her again a few days ago what she thought about the headset. Said she loves it, especially that it means no more twisting her neck & frees both her hands. Her guesstimate, she can go approximately 150 feet from her house using only the headset before starting to lose service.
