“I cannot get the stand on, directions do not show how to. The arm will not pivot. can someone please help ?”

• Pull the arm back a little. It'll give you more space to attach the base. You can tighten the base to the arm with the screw that's already there. Use your fingers to turn the screw by folding out the little metal piece.

• Mine went together with no hassle. The arm was a little stiff but that probably keeps it in place when you adjust it
