“Are the two side buttons programmable?”

• The side buttons are programmable via the Wacom Feel driver, but this will only work on Wacom-equipped devices like the Lenovo Yoga 720. Microsoft Pen Protocol devices like the Surface Pro 3 and upwards will not run the driver. The buttons are pre-configured to erase and right click on MPP devices.

• It probably depends on the emulation. For the Spectre x360 13", it uses Microsoft Pen Protocol (MPP) which doesn't have programmable buttons- at least at this point.
