I had the same problem with my x360 as well! I assume a windows or HP update or something fixed it. I have Windows 10 update disabled but they keep happening anyway. All of a sudden one day it started working! I found no information anywhere online about it not working with HP or any of their laptop series so good luck!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the very same laptop. My pen works great. It is compatible. Your issue may be a result of user error or defective device. Suggest online video showing how to use the pen. Used this pen with the HP Envy to replace my small Wacom Intuos.
