“Purchased the Bamboo Ink to go with a new Dell Inspiron 13 5000 series 2-in-1 with touch screen Win10. It will open Windows Ink, but I cannot get it to write. Updated drivers and switched compatibility modes, still no joy. Does this need to go back?”

• Unfortunately, the 5000 series doesn't support active stylus. I had to reach out to Dell directly to get this as I was misled by a sales associate.

• The stylus itself supports Windows Ink however the laptop is not a Windows Ink supported device.
