• Short answer, no. Long answer, even though the Dell Inspiron 13 7353 does have touch capability AND windows ink installed, this particular stylus requires additional hardware that the computer does not have. The only compatible stylus Bamboo offers is the Bamboo Solo, which only has a capacitive tip and no battery. If you wanted the bells and whistles of the Bamboo Ink, you're out of luck.

• Only if it its ink compatible. Which some are and some are not look up the specs on the dell website it should say
