- Answer This stylus works great with either the Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 edition or the Galaxy Tab A 10.1 with S pen. Wonderful for drawing, handwriting and general use. Actually much more responsive, accurate and comfortable than the included S Pens are.

  - Samsung - Galaxy Tab A (2016) - 10.1" - 16GB with S Pen - Black

- Answer Yes it works without installing anything. Make sure you aren't touching another part of the screen when you are using it.

- Answer If the tablet has active pen capacity, then yes. I am using one on my Galaxy Tab 9.7 and it works beautifully. If your tablet doesn't support an active pen, then I don't think it will

- Answer It is compatible with Samsung Galaxy Note® 3, Samsung Galaxy Note® 4, Samsung Galaxy Note® 5, Samsung Galaxy Note® Edge, Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.7" with S Pen, and Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0" with S Pen. It is not compatible with your model of tablet as it does not have a digitizer. For your tablet you need a capactive stylus.
