“Does this come with a drawing program or will I be spending extra money on a bunch of programs”

• it comes with something called sketchbook which i don't use. i purchased the wacom to use corel painter and photoshop which does not come with the tablet. you download your program to a usb to install on the wacom.

• It's a second monitor you can draw on. That's it. There are a number of drawing programs however you can start with for cheap. Adobe Elements, and Manga Studio to name s a couple.
