• You need a pretty powerful computer attached to it at all times; however, with the Pro13 you do not have to draw on the pad and look at the computer - you are drawing on what are looking at. The computer just sits aside and powers the Pro13 plus the medium you use (I use Krita). Yes, you can print directly from where you sit - to your printer.

• Yes, this Wacom works with creative software like Photoshop. The tablet does not support printing.
