• It is a generic input device- and I have used it in MS OneNote, Evernote PSP as well as paint. Works just the same a your mouse on every screen.

• Absolutely. When you are in OneNote you need to look up on the top at your tool bar and click on draw. Then you can draw and write words. Hope this helps.
