• It does I have an air and I use sketchbook for it.It comes with some program but I can't find it so just do sketchbook it does the work.It might make ur computer slow

• Yes. It works with MBP. That's what I have, and it's good to go. You can use any program like PhotoShop or whatever, even Gimp.
