what can be connected to this to make it wireless? null

It comes with a place to put a battery in it. If you want to go wireless, you can. The battery is sold separately. I've never needed to use this for wireless use (I have a Cintiq Companion Hybrid for that) so I haven't bothered buying it. I have no idea how long the battery use is before charging is necessary.
