Thank you for the question. Yes, you can use the Wacom Intuos small and take notes on a computer using MS One Note. You will use the Wacom Stylus to write the notes that will then show up on MS One Note. The Express Keys can be set-up for the shortcuts you need to help complete note taking. Regards
