• No it needs a computer program to run it but if the computer was connected to a secondary tv screen then yes you could.

• Ideally, the intent is to connect this hardware to your laptop, Mac or PC, then connect either of those to the tv via HDMI or VGA cable.

• The tablet connects to your computer directly not just the monitor, so if you are able to use your TV as a monitor, then yes.

• The tablet connects to a computer the same as a mouse would. It is an input device, not a computing device in and of itself. If your computer is using a TV as a display, then the tablet will have no problem working with that. But if you just plug the tablet directly into your TV, you will be missing the "computer" part that needs to go in between.
