I use my Wacom One with Photoshop, Jasc Animation, and Paintshop Pro. With the new touchscreen laptops you can draw on the screen but it is harder because you have to draw with the screen vertically. With the Wacome One you can draw and edit with the screen horizontally, which makes it much easier and have better control over your work

If you have such software, yes, you can use and manipulate it on the Wacom One. Anything that you use on your computer, can be used on the Wacom One. The Wacom One is an ancillary screen that is touch-sensitive. In the past, I was using a Wacom tablet (which has no screen). Many artists, even professional artists use these tablets. The big advantage of the Wacom One is that you are working directly on the screen in a more natural way.
