According to the Wacom website it states it is compatible with Windows, Apple and Android. I do not know how old your Mac is but make sure you have the proper connections for this product. Once you have it connected and installed the drives and software you should be able to duplicate screens like in windows. You can always call or visit Wacom.com for a better answer.
