QuestionIn the product description it says, "pairs with fitness apps, GPS bikes or phones for added connectivity". Does this mean that you can run with the watch and afterwards pair it with a phone's GPS to see the distance or do you have to run with your phone?

- Answer As long as you're wearing your GPS watch (Garmin, Suunto) and your GPS watch is connected to the HR monitor you do not need to take your phone. In this case you'd be able to connect your watch to the app on your phone after the run, and get a data dump of HR, distance, elevation gain, speed, route map, etc. However,

- Answer Yes it does. Peloton supports ANT+ which is what most heart rate monitors use.
