No, I wouldn’t suggest as she will outgrow it quickly. My average size 7yo fits in this perfectly with about 1-2 extra feet.

No. At age 14 your daughter is still growing. At 5'4" she is already 64" and this bag's limit is 66". Get her an adult bag measuring about 75" (6'2") or she will only be able to use this as a blanket within a year. And don't buy one that is too long or her body heat will not be able to warm the extra empty space, which will keep her feet cold.
