QuestionIs the vertical cubby hole/opening available on alternate sides since they are bedstands and one should go on either side of the bed?

- Answer Yes. We cannot recommend this product however because the instructions are poorly written, some parts don't fit precisely and when we encountered some defective parts the factory customer service department never provided any assistance.
