“with regard to this cabinet my understanding is the length of this cabinet is measured at it's top at 52" being the top has overhangs what is the length of the cabinet at it's base?”

Thank you for reaching out! The cabinet's dimensions are: 52-7/8" W x 15-3/4" D x 24-3/4" H. As for what the length of the cabinet at its base, it would be closer to 50". Hopefully that helps! Thank you!
