Hi Deb, We recommend having two people for assembly because of the size and weight of the TV stand. It comes with all parts and hardware as well as step by step assembly instructions. The estimated assembly time is 120 minutes. Once it is assembled, if the item is dragged rather than lifted, the supports underneath can break. Please let us a know if you have any other questions!
