Hi, Great questions! The overall dimensions of this stand are 70" W x 16" D x 24" H. The two side shelves are 14-1/8" deep, 17-5/8" tall, with adjustable shelves inside. The fireplace does have a fan to push out the hot air, it has two switches one for the heat and one for the flame. The fireplace insert heats up room sizes of 400 sq. ft.
