• The TV has the possibility of swiveling, or not, depending upon the TV stand purchased. The same is true about the height adjustments.

• Hi Gregarious, This mount on this stand is fixed and does not swivel. The height is adjustable depending on your TV, and the mount can support up to 130 LBS, the stand itself supports up to 250 LBS total. Please let us know if we can help with anything else!
