The two separate bars attach to the tv then slip over the large back plate. but, looks like you might have to find your own bolts to attach the bars to the tv as it looks like someone said they don't provide the typically M6 screws. but, they might have came with your tv if not you might luck out and get them from local hard ware store you will need 4 but if they sell them by the pound i would grab 4 of one length and 4 of a couple others you dont want to put the screws in and bottom out before the bars are tight against the tv,
