Try calling them at 877-203-2917 or 801-433-3008. But I would not bother because they have a message that say "Office is Closed" no matter what time you call. They don't answer emails and are just AWFUL AWFUL company. Still waiting 21 days for them to acknowledge that they will be sending me a replacement part. Chances are that they go past the 30 day return window and then I am stuck with a heavy paper weight. Will need to escape with credit card company soon. Did I say they were awful!!
