Hi Darlene, Thank you for you questions. As for an in-home assembly service, you will need to contact your local Best Buy to find out pricing. I believe it also shows pricing for that when you at checkout with the item online. As for the the fireplace, it's a simple plug-in unit that's easy to operate, and can heat up to 400 sq. feet.
