• Hi! These are great questions! The middle shelf is 26" wide and 12-5/8" deep. The height of the shelf is 11-1/2", which leaves 8-3/4" above the shelf. And yes, the shelves are adjustable height. Thank you!

• The middle shelving is about 25 1/2" wide. The height of the shelves in all three areas are adjustable. There are three adjustable height settings.
