Q: QuestionI am looking at getting a 50" samsung tv. Will the feet fit on this stand? I am okay if part of the TV edges hang over, but need the feet of the TV to be securely on the stand.

• A:Answer Hi DottieGirl, This cabinet actually has 2 elongated shelves, so not 4 separate spaces but could fit 4 components. The shelves are about 38 5/8" wide, and a combined height of 15" high. Hope that helps in making your decision.

Q: QuestionI do realize it says that it holds up to a 50” TV but it says it’s 44” wide. Why wouldn’t my 55” TV work with this stand? My TV is 45 inches wide. I’m ok with it sticking out 1 or 2 inches.

• A:Answer I bought a 49" tv as well as this tv stand. In my opinion a 55" will work (hang over maybe an inch or two on either side) but be careful of the base of the TV. My tv does not hang over the stand. My base doesn't have the two "legs" at the bottom of the TV. Mine has a semi-circle at the base of the tv. The "legs" of the TV will need to fit within the length of the tv stand. This is a really nice stand. We had Best Buy come out an put the stand together and set up the tv. They did a great job and I am very pleased with the stand. Looks great!
