I purchased the hoses at the same time I purchased my washer. The installers brought the hoses with them when they brought the washer. Also, the drain hose is included with the washer which I didn't know. So you do not have to purchase a drain hose. I hope this helps.

Now, if you can get them, the Geek Squad that is, to replace them for you like they are supposed to do.... That's another question.

Please try again later.you are given the option to purchase the hose that is needed for installation, i gives you the option when you check out. you also have the purchase them new because the best buy installer will not use hold hoses. Maybe a plumber might but for best buy I believe new ones are required and are the ones that they tell you to buy at check out.

When I placed my order, the hoses were automatically listed on the order because it was mandatory to have new hoses for the new washer. They brought the hot and cold water hoses plus the drain hose. Hope this helps.
