If you selected the free installation option then they should have done it for you. Our delivery guy said the same thing but it was because we didn't have any hoses. We thought they were bringing them. Hoses were supposed to be suggesting during checkout but they were not so we had to go to the store and buy them and reschedule the installation. I would suggest that you do the same--reschedule

They did not want to do any damages and with them not being plumbers it was understandable. Second crew did better job after expressing my concern to Best Buy about the lack of concern for completing the installation of my washer

I spent about half an hour on the chat line with 2 different employees. THe first one said installation includes disconnect and connect. THe second one sent me a link to this page. Now, I will trust the service agreement and I am hiring other people to move, disconnect old, and connect new. Since BB does not do it.
