While my first Washer was defective the replacement was not leveled properly and shook and banged loudly during midcyle. The crew was in a big rush and appeared to level only one leg. Next crew that came back leveled it right. You will see many complaints about not leveling in reviews and tech support was well aware of the problem suggesting install error before I finished describing all this.

The same thing happened with my washer install. Two techs present. One started to adjust for vibration, but the other said something I could not hear and the first tech stopped what he was doing. I still have a small vibration. Trying to adjust myself (senior female) and rather frustrated that this wasn't taken care of by Best Buy people.

I reviewed the installation. Very happy with my install. They did a level check without my asking. My duct was not squeezed. You might call Best Buy and speak with them about it. If you bought the membership, which I highly recommend, they will come back out at no cost to you to fix any problems.

I had worse experience. My washer was installed by Geek Sqaud. While the washer was running, it automatically moved forward (what is point of professional installation if they cant get anchoring right). This blocked the door and we couldnt even get into washer dryer area. When contacted customer service, they gave appointment 8 days later. So either I get a local handyman or I stay without laundry for household for 8 days. I have all protection & warranties but I guess I will end up paying someone else to help.

The installers who delivered my washer were extremely nice, talked with me, and explained everything. They showed me the washer after it was installed and went over how everything worked. I had a couple of simple questions that they answered without hesitation. They made sure I was happy with the installation. I'm glad I didn't have the installers that you had.

That is not the service that I experienced from Best Buy. I would phone and ask to speak to a manager to get the problem resolved. Perhaps they would replace the newly bought duct and reinstall it properly the second time.

When our washer and dryer were delivered we, the customers, watched what was going on every step of the way. They made sure washer and dryer were level; started the washer on a cycle to check for leaks; there were none and they cycled the dryer to make sure it heated; again all work checked and professionally done

That’s not a question. It’s a complaint. Put a level on it and level it. There’s a level app available for your phone if you don’t have a regular level. The feet turn in and out. Directions are in the owner’s manual.
