“When purchasing a washing machine from Best Buy with installation services, would it be okay to purchase the hoses separately? I found cheaper ones elsewhere. I’m thinking that as long as they’ve never been used it should be okay?”

Yes they told me they just had to be brand new so I think it’s OK to purchase them elsewhere.

If the hoses are rubber, they can dry out over time. While the reps are there anyway, we figured let them change them and not to worry.

People should be put it on place but they couldn't able to do it because they don't know how to do it and they did not finish the job. They left without finishing the work and took the delivery back.
