Check if both hoses are connected correctly.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. In the process of installation the water was turned off and it was probably not turned back on. Try turning it back on. That should solve your problem.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.yes. they did the same to us!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Installer may have hoses switched. Happened to me.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. That sounds like a reasonable assumption to me. Can you try to turn the cold on yourself? If not, I would call the store where the washer was purchased and explain the problem. They should send them back out to correct the problem.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There are two valves behind the washer one hit one cold just turn the knob to see if it makes a difference
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No they hooked it up wrong like they did mine
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The installer reversed my hot and cold hoses back in Feb. Make sure they sre not wrong. Manual sounded like the machine was going to heat cold water until it raised the temp so I lived with thinking I had to download a special cycle to get cold. Machine had to be repaced and my recent istalled figured they had the hoses mixed. I have true cold cycles again now.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I. Believe there is an obstruction. Turn off the water in your house and remove the cold water hose and inspect the hose adapter on the washer. There should only be a small water filter there.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have no idea. It could be that the product is flawed in some manner. I recommend that you call to have the installers come and check it out
