You will have to have an electrician install 220V or exchange your combo unit with one that takes 120V for both washer & dryer. Dryer will have to be gas.

Sadly you need a new 240v outlet. Then you'll be ready to share it to charge an electric vehicle. Or return it for a 120v unit or check if you already have a natural gas outlet and exchange it for a gas drier.

If you had a dryer there all 240 either 3 pronge ir 4 all dryers are 240 if you don’t have a 240 you can see about getting one in not cheap what do you have now get the same what works if they come to install no plug no install as no plug if you have a dryer how is it powered as washing machine has its own 20 volt breaker as that’s code they need there own circuit need to get what works for your place
