On the light itself no. There may however, be programming accessible from the sync unit allowing changes to setting in the blink app. I have not yet set mine up yet so I will not know for sure till I do. Only thing holding me up is electrical conduit and out door wiring.

It will turn for some time when the switch is being switched from off to on (as a self-testing to show that the lights works) 2. After setup, the light will only be on when it is dark and senses motion. As an illustration, if you try to wave or move in front of the light during the daytime, nothing will happen since it will only work when it is dark and it senses motion Hope this helps.
