“Can the wiring be left tied up with just few inches pulled out to connect to the camera? Or will that heat up the wire and possibly catch fire? I don't think the solar power is strong enough to heat up the wire but just making sure. Thanks”

• I have left the extra wire bunched by the panel and have not had any fires or outages.

• That would be fine. I've had the higher power Arlo panel tied up for years and there is no degradation in the cable. I haven't done any calculations, but the sun is probably doing more damage than the current.
