“Why is the water filter light still on my door after replacing the filter? i pressed button for 3 seconds like it said. Sometimes it will go off when I shut door.”

• Unplug the power cord and wait for a couples of minutes then plug back in.

When replacing the LG - Replacement Water Filter for Select LG Refrigerators - Model # LT500P, be sure to remove the red cap off the new filter and when you twist it to lock it back in place, make sure that the locked symbol is aligned with the indicator line.
