QuestionHow do I order a Dummy Filter for model number RF28HMEDBSR?We are using a RO system and the manual says there should be a dummy filter to insert when using this type of system. - Answer I completely understand your experience. They didn't have the same model filter I had bought with my frig, and the guy at the store was cautious about this, but he took note of the size and shape of the old one I brought with me and found one on the shelf that matched those dimensions. Worked perfectly. I am happy, those the ability to match model numbers had concerned me.

QuestionHas this filter model been changed or modified to fit newer refrigerators?I have purchased this Samsung filter model through Best Buy before...this one that I recently purchased is not exactly the same...the old one has a smaller hole...whereas this one has a slightly larger one....when I installed this one, the water is not filtering through it...What exact filter should I buy for my Samsung Fridge Model RS265TDBP(purchased through Best Buy July 2011)...this filter model is the only Samsung one offered through Best Buy...the off brand one did not work either....do i need to order directly from Samsung?

- Answer Regular BB stores do not have the filters. You have to find one with the Pacific appliances attached to it.

Regarding your concern, the refrigerator you got does not have any water filter. This must be installed outside the refrigerator. The water filter is not provided with your new refrigerator. QuestionWater filter replacement issueWe replaced the water filter for our Samsung RF4267HARS. Now the water dispenser won't work if the new filter is installed and it also won't work if we put the old filter back in. The only way the water dispenser will produce water is if no filter is installed. We have held the water down with the filter in to release any air potentially in the line and this doesn't work. Any ideas on what the issue is?

QuestionRF28HMEDBSR/AA - Will DA29-00020B work?Hello, I feel almost silly posting this but after reviewing all of the compatibility links, I can't find any confirmation that my refrigerator will work with the DA-29-00020B cartridge. It looks like it fits but now there is a strange noise coming from the fridge whenever water is dispensed. Please advise!

QuestionIt leaks no matter whatI put a new filter in and it leaks. I shut the valve off and installed the new filter. I then ran about 4-5 gallons of water to make sure the lines were clear. About 20 mins later, I notice it was dripping from the front of the filter where you lock/unlock it. Please help!! How do I get it to stop leaking/dripping???
