• What do you mean by "a" new filter? This system uses three filters (an activated carbon filter, a pre-sediment and carbon block filter, and of course a reverse osmosis membrane filter), which should be apparent from the image of the unit's front panel. Download the linked manual (see the overview section of the product page) to obtain the part numbers of the three filters and search this and other sites to find the best price. Replacement guidelines are also described in the manual.
