QuestionThe unit makes a lot of noise when using the water flosser, is this normal? Sounds like it is vibrating from pumping the water from the water tank, then makes the base hit the counter. Like a mini jack hammer.

- Answer That's how mine works! It's loud but it's creating a lot of pressurized water to remove extra gunk between the teeth. Provides wonderful results

QuestionI cannot remove the toothbrush in order to use the extra brush included. There is no lever on side of the handheld unit as mentioned in one of the responses re this problem. Has anyone found a way to remove the toothbrush?

- Answer The reality is you just have to "muscle" it off... grab it tightly with the brush between 2 fingers and pull …. HARD! It will come off with no damage to the unit. The replacement brush will then slide on easily. Hope this helps!

- Answer The Complete Care 5.0 is compatible with 120v, 60hz only and is not global voltage. When purchased in North America, it is meant for use in North America only. Even with the use of a converter, as a converter will only convert voltage and not the hertz. Do not plug the device into a voltage system that is different than what is stated on the product. Doing so will damage the unit and void any warranty.

To reset the WP-861: unplug the unit, remove the brush handle, hold the mode button for 30 seconds, plug it back in, place the handle on the charging stand, and charge for 24 hours. - Answer Hello Nikki - No, this is a sonic toothbrush, so oscillating (spinning) brush heads are not compatible. Yes, the unit can be used by more than one person. Just make sure each person has their own brush head and jet tip.
