Q: QuestionThe unit makes a lot of noise when using the water flosser, is this normal? Sounds like it is vibrating from pumping the water from the water tank, then makes the base hit the counter. Like a mini jack hammer.

Q: QuestionI cannot remove the toothbrush in order to use the extra brush included. There is no lever on side of the handheld unit as mentioned in one of the responses re this problem. Has anyone found a way to remove the toothbrush?

• A:Answer The reality is you just have to "muscle" it off... grab it tightly with the brush between 2 fingers and pull …. HARD! It will come off with no damage to the unit. The replacement brush will then slide on easily. Hope this helps!

Q: QuestionThe video states you can choose an oscillating brush head as opposed to a sonic brush head but I don’t see that option anywhere.
