- Answer This product does come with two toothbrush tips and I believe it was 5 different flossing tips. Excellent buy! I definitely recommend !

- Answer The Complete Care 5.0 is compatible with 120v, 60hz only and is not global voltage. When purchased in North America, it is meant for use in North America only. Even with the use of a converter, as a converter will only convert voltage and not the hertz. Do not plug the device into a voltage system that is different than what is stated on the product. Doing so will damage the unit and void any warranty.

- Answer The toothbrush charges on the base of the unit. A full charge will last for approximately 20 pre-timed brush cycles, or approximately 10 days.

QuestionItem was purchased on 5/12/2025. The unit began malfunctioning around 7/7/2025. The unit powers up but no longer 1) charges toothbrush (even though the green progress charging light blinks). 2). Water.pump is not working. Is there a reset button?

To reset the WP-861: unplug the unit, remove the brush handle, hold the mode button for 30 seconds, plug it back in, place the handle on the charging stand, and charge for 24 hours. - Answer Hello Nikki - No, this is a sonic toothbrush, so oscillating (spinning) brush heads are not compatible. Yes, the unit can be used by more than one person. Just make sure each person has their own brush head and jet tip.

- Answer It came with a two piece round tube case that was designed to hold the toothbrush for travel purposes however, when both are in their holders i can slide half of it on each of the toothbrush aand the wand. It may not be what it was designed for but it does the job
