“Item was purchased on 5/12/2025. The unit began malfunctioning around 7/7/2025. The unit powers up but no longer 1) charges toothbrush (even though the green progress charging light blinks). 2). Water.pump is not working. Is there a reset button?”

Hello Map - Yes. To reset the WP-861: unplug the unit, remove the brush handle, hold the mode button for 30 seconds, plug it back in, place the handle on the charging stand, and charge for 24 hours.
