However, it sounds like the charging contacts may just need to be cleaned. Please ensure the unit is not plugged in and clean the charging contacts on the unit and the charging cord with a cloth or cotton swab and distilled white vinegar. Once they’ve dried, please charge it for another 3-4 hours. If this doesn't fix the issue, please let us know!
