QuestionI just got one of these products and it has been charging for a long time. All the lights are indicating everything is working, but when I pick up the toothbrush, all the lights instantly turn off and it won’t brush or floss. What might be the problem?

- Answer I received one of these units for Christmas from my wife. The unit was charged and I saw the same thing happen. We brought it back, exchanged for another and the same thing appears to be happening. I will have to bring this one back as well. Does Waterpik not test any of their units? Do they have a quality control system in their factories?
